I am Josephine From the Philippines, I am a graduate of bachelor of Science in Nursing in year 2012, luckily i passed the board exam on my 1st take then applied for a job as a Staff Nurse in a Tertiary Hospital with 300 bed capacity for 1 year and was assigned in General wards, my contract ended 2013, this is a sad reality for Nurses here that we have contracts for working the longest is 2 years, after my contract I applied as a Private Nurse which I was given Tasks more of a caregiver Tasks which is never a problem for me and I enjoyed it too, i was assigned to assist patient, give proper medication, to maintain safety, and also helped patient in their recovery.
