Hello, My name is Lydia and I'm a university educated, first aid qualified female. I have spent the past few years as a part time carer for my disabled grandfather where I spend 2-3 days a week looking after his needs. I am also a volunteer with St john ambulance where I help a variety of people, often with disabilities. I am an active and adventurous person, happy to try anything and go anywhere. I am happy to live in a 3 week rotation as this will give me time to see my family and self-study when not being an assistant. I am physically fit and trained in manual handling. I can also drive and own my own car. You will find me to not only be a sympathetic and considerate person but also fun loving and friendly and hope to get along with your client well.
Although I don't have live in experience, I feel that I will be able to adapt well to any environment. I am also currently based in south London and would not be too far away if emergency cover is required.
