I characterise myself as caring, friendly, assertive, competent, considerate, thoughtful willing to go the extra two miles. I always use my initiative in any circumstances and with each client. Each client is treated differently as an Individual and not what simply learnt from a text book. I honest tactful open to conversation which is used to encourage cognitive thinking. I develop strong safe trusting relationships. I am always ready for a new challenge and do my utmost to maintain a very good character and offer person cantered support to each person I work with. I have 19 years Care experience I have a NVQ Level 3 in care I am patient, caring, honest and hardworking. I will go out of my way to take care of the people in my care . Although I don't have live in experience with people in their own homes I do have vast experience living with people in both Childrens homes and Residetial homes for people with disabilities, where I lived with them many nights per week Last year for 9 moths I worked as a Live in Carer for a 97 year old lady in her own home.
