I have worked in a nursing home for over one and a half years. My job role is a kitchen and care assistant. I have always enjoyed working in care and with the elderly. I am applying for this position as I would like new opportunities and a change of scenery. I understand that each resident has their own type of chosen care. I understand about privacy and dignity of each resident. I understand that each health care setting has their individual rules and regulations that must be followed.
