I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16 in various roles and I have always loved dealing with the public especially children and elderly, I am very understanding of other people’s needs, I’m confident, friendly, compassionate and outgoing. I’m hard working, have a gentle nature and have lots of patience for anyone no matter what their age, gender, race, disability or weather they have learning difficulties. Over the years I have developed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I can adapt to different situations and environments, I am always conscious and have proven to be flexible and accommodating in every situation. I am comfortable taking on additional responsibilities as well as carrying out extra duties without being asked.
