I am a fifty year old lady, accomplished in the public relations, administrative and secretarial field at one end of the spectrum, while having had my own coffee shop, pub and restaurant and a lot of exposure in fine dining establishments. I have cared for my Mom for a number of years before her death, her caring requirements having become intensive towards the end. I also have experience farming chickens and many years of working with, training and breeding horses.
