I am a fit and healthy 59 year old, married, with a variety of interest. I have two grown up sons living in London and China. Since being made redundant in 2010 I have divided my time between my property in France and my narrowboat in Northamptonshire. I spent most of my working life in administration and running an adult learning centre. In 2008 I qualified as a Reflexologist and have run a successful business in France giving treatments to help people overcome a variety of ailments. I now feel ready for another role in life and consider a short-term live in role would work well for me. I was carer for my father for 4 years when he lived with me during the first stages of dementia. My interest include walking, gardening, crafts, painting and reading. I love animals and volunteer as a fundraiser for a local animal shelter. ...

Life is beautiful. I am from Cape Town and have moved permanently to the UK. I studied as a nurse at Grooteshur Hopital . I worked at Red Cross childrens hospital and Somerset Hospital. From 1984 to 1986. Got married in 1987 move to Johannesburg and worked as a Dental assistant . I left Johannesburg for Capetown in 1990. I had my daughter so started running a boutique. I worked in the clothing Industry Till 2012 . In 2013 I started to look after my uncle who died of cancer. I also help look after my aunt and cousin with a spinal injury. I am experienced in Palletive care ,MS , Alzeimers, Spinal injury , Brian Injury and epilepsy syndrome and general dementia and old age related care work. I am enthusiastic and really like people. I am gifted motivator . Hard worker and always happy and fun to be around. I moved to the UK in 2017 and started my training at Christie's care. Currently I have been with the same client for 5 years . She has Alzeimers. She is due to go into a home so I am looking for a new placement in April. ...
