50+ confident caring outgoing female. Worked with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour for 10 yrs before having my children. Worked in various jobs all people focused but not necessarily care while they were growing up. I joined Helping Hands just over a year ago, I have only positive things to say about the company and have worked steadily since then on a 2 month on 2 month off basis.
