I have 30 years experience in care. I have worked in hospital, care homes , clinics , private homes. I have experience as an auxiliary nurse, a phlebotomist, and a home cater. I'd like to show myself a bit more personal. I'm a Polish male, working as a Live-in carer since November 2019. Throughout my career I've been mainly looking after the person with Dementia, who was my most permanent client since my start. This kind of care has undoubtedly its challenges and needs a high level of flexibility, patience, understanding and mental resistance. These are the personal skills which I possess and use on everyday basis. Other of my experiences were caring for a person with MS and some Paliative care. Every kind of care is specific, but each one of them is filled with my genuine empathy, person-center approach and respect. I have a strong sense of individualization, what means I treat every person as an unique individual. My off-work side is full of interests, what made me knowing quite much about the history, geography and the world in general. I'm a true lover of nature. I love animals (I have a female german shepherd at home). Travel is always an adventure for me. I'm always trying to appreciate all the good things of life and share the good vibes.
