I have been working as a carer since 2006. I have gained a lot of work experience over the years. I initially started working in domiciliary care settings then moved on to nursing home jobs where I cared for elderly clients who had dementia learning disabilities and other mental health problems. And slowly moved to mental health jobs worked in supported living homes for years supporting mentally ill patients and for the past few years, have been doing live-in care jobs. For the past 10 years or so, I have been living in the care jobs. I am very understanding, and caring, always put myself in my clients' shoes to better understand their needs and problems. I am very patient and hard-working. I enjoy cooking and enjoy doing activities with clients as per the requirements. I have experience working as a live-in carer for nearly over 10 years now.
