My decision to apply for a care job is as a result of passion, life experience as well as career planning. I always found myself in situations where I needed to take care of children of ill health. I am passionate about easing the pain and comforting. Even the terminally ill deserve to enjoy their life experiences and when they cope better, their loved ones also cope better. I believe this is the role of a good carer.
