At the beginning of my working life,I started off as an intern at world vision Kenya. I was responsible for orphans and vulnerable children.I have been working as a service and administration manager at a local bank while supporting my ailing mother,who has been unwell since 2006. My mother suffered diabetes in 2006,then her thyroid problem escalated to a point where she underwent operation to completely remove it. Hypertension followed and she became completely dependent on drugs to manage diabetes, hypertension as well as thyroid problem. I started managing her diabetes using a strict diet,to reduce on the amount of drug intake because she started developing further complications because of too many drugs. It's 2 years now since she stopped being insulin dependent. I do not have much in terms of work experience but I am bringing with me passion for caregiving.Given the chance I will not dissapoint. ...

I have had 2 years 4 months experience in a busy care home. I am currently with a company looking after adults with severe learning difficulties. I live in Pulborough West Sussex. I engage in various voluntary works in the local community. I have supported men with PTSD and alcahol related offences, within the Prison service. My hobbies are Skydiving, sea swimming, running and camping along with cooking and baking. I play gituar and sing, and hav performed at various events. I have spoken to a close friend who has done live in care in the past, and it actually appeals to me. I envisage two weeks on and two weeks off.
