Hi I'm Marlene, Im 54 years young. I started in the care industry at the ripe age of 16. I took a number of years out to start and raise my family of 6 children. I got back into care in 2005 after looking after my late husband. I have since progressed up to a care training practitioner which involved trading carers to do the job I love so much.
