Woodleigh Care - Woking March 2019 to Present At present I have been working for Woodleigh healthcare LTD and Seeds Social enterprise LTD , Woking, as a support worker. As a support work you have to undertake a big reasonability which will consist of a lot of high risk tasks that involves manual handling people as well as washing them whilst they are on the bed as some are bed bound which means that most of the time they remain in there bed for most of the day depending if they are capable of been hoisted into a wheelchair or other devices. Also have mental clients who have mental/ challenging behaviour which is very difficult. They can be veryphysical and violent towards anyone but that’s why you always stay alert to this situations.
