I have nine years of experience in the care sector, including hoisting, administering medication, personal care, companionship, cooking, shopping, accompanying clients to appointments. Having worked as a live-in carer with a large agency and private customers, I am aware of the importance of maintaining the comfort and dignity of my clients. I respect their independence, the right to make their own decisions and treat caring for them as a privilege and a rewarding vocation. Their safety, health, wellbeing and happiness in their home is of utmost importance, as is their dignity and showing respect for their home and their habits. My pattern is flexible, usually 6-8 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off.
