I am an ex-nurse with 30 years experience. For the last year I have been a private carer for two ladiesone with vascular dementia and one with Alzheimer’s. Unfortunately they have both got to go into a care home. I am also a qualified podiatrist and counsellor. I have a great deal of experience in working with clients with dementia as my previous employment was in a care home working with residents with varying degrees of dementia. I have a good sense of humour and have a great deal of pleasure in helping people live there lives to the fullest in whatever capacity I am able to. ...
