I am a very caring individual and have more than 10 years experience in varied care settings. At the moment I am a care team leader in a residential home. I have experience of supporting individuals with personal care, promoting their independence, ensure that I give personalised support and follow infection control measures and ensure individual's health and safety. Also I ensure that individual is treated with dignity and respect. I promote choice and keep individuals personal information confidential. I had my first covid vaccine on 16th January 2021 and still waiting for the second dosage. I enjoy country walks, used to run marathon but not anymore and play scrabble and enjoy reading books related to social work. ...
