I’ve been working as a live in carer for 9 months and i love to do my job. I’ve gained experience in hoisting (manual, ceiling), showering, dressing, bowel management, helping in catheter use. I have experience to work with spinal cord injury, muscular atrophy and MS. I’m also helpful around the house in gardening, cleaning, washing clothes. I’m looking for a long term placement. I’d be happy with a 3 months on, 1 month off rota (I'm not interested in to work short-terms such as 2 weeks on/2 weeks off). I'm not a driver and would like to find a placement where that's not important. Ideal salary: 650 pounds/week (employed) or 800 pounds/week (self-employed) ...
