I am an active 65 year old whose mantra is “To empower , encourage and develop the potential of people” With over 30 years experience in coaching mental health I make the ideal Carer for your loved one. My main aim as a Carer is to introduce my client back to their younger self and rediscover the areas that they used to enjoy wether its mental and physical wellness, theatre, reading, walking, visiting friends, birdwatching to name but a few.
