I worked as a personal carer on an ad hoc basis from July – December 2021. This profile was written by my client and her daughter. Paul was one of my favourite personal carers. He is a very calm, gentle and companionable person - and a good conversationalist. He has a very caring and kind nature. His thoughtfulness and attentiveness made me feel valued as a person. Paul is trustworthy, dependable and reliable. He was always ready to work at short notice in situations when my regular carer could not manage. In fact, he always made himself available to cover any absences and rearranged his plans for me, for which I am very grateful.
