I have always worked in the social care sector since 2001. My first role was a social worker for 10yrs, followed by becoming a foster carer, support worker for adults with learning disabilities, and a care assistant in the community. I am able to work independently in correlation with Social Care Standards, policy and procedures and the Law to ensure that the needs of service users are met. I have a great personality with attributes that are fit to be desired.
