I'm a naturally outgoing and friendly person. I have had experience in Health and Social care industry for 18 + years. I have worked in Elderly residential settings, Domicilliary care, Mental health both in Psychiatric hospitals and community. I have also worked with Homeless adults and young people, Young people in care, and with the crisis mental health team. My interest in live care was reestablished in my current role as a hospital based Social care assistant. My role involved advocating for and completing assessments for people requiring private and Social services funded care. Hi I have worked in a care environment for many years working for a school with an Ofsted outstanding grade for the last 14 years. I work with children and young adults with SEMH and all conditions on the spectrum. I manage admissions also vetting pupils and their needs to allow them a smooth transition covering all their needs which may involve intimate care plans.
