I'm a hardworking, cheerful lady with strong leadership and communication skills. I have vast experience in working with different age groups of people that is the infants, young, adolescents, adults and elderly in the community in the Ministry of Health Care Zimbabwe. I am very capable of working both in the country side and in urban areas. I also have excellent interpersonal skills as well as etiquette. I have knowledge to perform Care Assistant duties, including bedside nursing, home patient care, feeding and bathing patients while helping them with their other basic care needs. I can assist the nurses with their daily duties when needed. My compassion for patients, along with my ability to communicate well with them, has always made me an asset in the workplace. I feel that my patient-driven approach, Nurse Aide skills and desire to learn new roles will also make me an asset to your esteemed company. Aside from my technical competencies I have a bias for action, a strong work ethic and an unbiased view of situations.
