I'm Isabel, an experienced complex care qualified carer of vulnerable adults. My preference is to be a sole long-term live-in carer providing housekeeping and therapy support without relief, typically for 11 week periods on site and 1 week off. I get pleasure from knowing that my dedication towards the client's well-being, even in challenging times, is often appreciated both by professional and family supporters and it is often only a fundamental change that leads to a new client. The record shows that when I support a client long-term I have replaced other carers who have struggled for a variety of reasons. My clients are respected, stimulated and well cared for, including cuisine as I am a good cook. I keep good daily records for family interaction and with my experience I have identified and acted on my own initiative to improve the client's outlook while reducing potential ambiguities between other supporters. Hi Peter. My name is Katie. I've 10 years experience as a live in carer covering every illness, and helping people like your self. My reference's are good and I have an up to date DBS and training to date. Cooking is better than McDonald's but it's just plain food like roast, cottage pie....pasta ect... My sense of humour is a bit different and my clients always say I'm a little crazy.
