My experience includes PEG feeding, dementia, brain tumour, stroke, muscular dystrophy, spinal injuries, companionship, end of life care, Parkinson's disease and MS. I am up to date with all training and am on the DBS update service. I have a full UK driving licence. I am British but spend my time in between placements on my little bit of land in central Portugal. I work anywhere in the UK. ...

Hi my name is Gail I live in London I'm looking to start a new career. I've been a carer to my son since he was 16 he is now 27 he had severe mental health issues. I also helped care for my mother who recently passed and actively care for my father. I am a compassionate woman with a big heart and feel I would have a lot to give. I now have time to choose a career and thought why not so something you are good at and get paid. My son is now well enough to live independently and have more free time. I have good counselling skills as worked on a helpline for female survivors of violence. I have qualifications in counselling and have a very emphatic nature. I would really enjoy the training and learning new skills . I feel this would be a good role for me as I'm a very caring person sometimes it's the little things that go along way. ...
