Hello my name is Claire. I was born in West Yorkshire and have lived in Chesham for almost 5 years. I have 3 years experience as a care worker. I worked in a residential care home with younger people; a care home for elderly with Dementia and most recently at a local school supporting a boy in a wheelchair who is at college now.
