I am Esther, I currently work as care assistant and I have three years experience of Care assistance and volunteer health experience which I have been actively involved in caring for patients across all ages, most especially for the elderly who are more vulnerable. This has broadened my knowledge and exposed to me the basic principles of elderly care such as, optimizing nutrition, ensuring safety and safeguarding.
