Over the last seven months I have been working with a Home Care company in Renfrewshire and Barrhead in Scotland as "Adult Home Care Assistant". During this time, I have developed key knowledge and skills relating to the person-centered home care approach and have been able to properly fit in various aspects of service users' home-life needs. Within my busy role, I manage my time by being able to work independently and unsupervised as well as a team which may include my On-Call Supervisor and Care Manager who are always available should any incident occur.
