I am a reliable young at heart caregiver and live in companion, with a high level of compassion and patience for all my clients who have different and various challenges to meet on a daily basis. I am passionate about helping people to live to the fullest. Love of history, antique and hobby/craft fairs and am an avid reader. I have a keen sense of humour as laughter really is a great medicine. I have completed training with various agencies but the most intensive training was while working at a Barchester Care Home. Have also done work through Head First with a client with acquired brain injury, this was a two carer position. I Daniel residing in Nigeria. I want to work as a live in care in any part of the United Kingdom including England, Wales, scotland and Northern Ireland. My career to date has been in the healthcare industry and I would like to use the knowledge skills and experience I have gained in the field to directly support and care for residents. In addition to my career history, I have also gained some experience while caring for my elderly mother here in Nigeria. Helping her with her activities of daily living when she faced challenges with her health. My mother had both fecal and urinary incontinence which she got during the the Radiotherapy treatment of her cervical cancerous cells. This made her to defecate and urinate uncontrollably. I successfully managed her by assisting her continually with personal care tasks jobs like toileting, washing, feeding etc. I am kind and caring. I have passion for care jobs. I am willing to do personal care tasks like toileting, washing, feeding etc. I am very good in checking and documenting all forms of vital signs including Blood pressure measurements, pulse rate etc.. I am also good in carrying out basic laboratory investigations like fasting and random blood sugar test, urinalysis, hepatitis screening, HIV screening, just to mentioned but a few. I am also a very good cook. I am strong and reliable. ...
