Iam a devoted carer with 8 years experience in care. I am a certified carer with a 2 years diploma in health and care. Additionally, i have received various online care training courses which have equipped me with skills to provide specialised support to individuals.
I make sure that Health and Safety requirements for a client are met. I can work independently and as well as with colleagues. I am polite, caring, respectful, hardworking and friendly.
I strive to create an environment where a client feels comfortable, safe and empowered.
Previously i have provided care to elderly with various medical conditions, including dementia, mobility issues and chronic illnesses, catheterband stoma bag. I have experience with administering medication and managing aid equipment e.g; walking aid, floor hoist, electric and manual wheelchairs, ceiling hoist and standing aid.
