I am an experienced support worker for more than 12 years. I have worked with different care settings Supporting Vulnerable Elderly people , people with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Paĺative care. I have also supported Children and young people towards in care. I have supported individuals toward their recovery and independence in the comfort of their homes as well as in Residential care. I support them with personal care, companionship care, pad change dressing up, shopping , cooking, cleaning, Laundering, medication administration, finance management , hospital Appointments etc. I ensure that all relevant information and books are clearly completed while on my shifts. Accident and incident, daily Report recordings and MAR sheets completed whenecer I administered medication. I am a good Team player. Good at use of computer, very proactive, patient in managing issues that may arise in the course of my duties. ...
