I am an enthusiastic and passionate carer. I have always find it easy to get along with patients and colleagues. I believe that the first step in any therapeutic relationship is the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically. I am able to establish Rapport quite easily and this makes it easier to understand my patients. I have a particular eye to detail which i feel sets me apart from everyone else, the ability to see when something is amiss and reporting it directly to the person in charge is a talent i posses and most proud of. I believe in accountability and taking responsibility for ones actions as that makes a person better than the person they were yesterday. I also believe in patient centred approach whilst also respecting patients and treating with dignity. ...
