ive been a carer for my mum with epilepsy since i was 8 years old and have had more responsibilities as i got older. i visit her once or twice a week. i make sure her fridge freezer and cupboards are full so she is eating a healthy diet. i deep clean her 2 bedroom flat. i do her laundry. i take out any trash. i do shop trips while im there if needed. milk - bread - cat food. etc. ...
