Hi my name is Sandy and I have worked in the care sector for 38 years in the community as well as live in care and nursing/care homes and private hospitals I understand the importance of person centred care and strive to maintain this always , I know and understand the difference between empathy and sympathy and how and when to use each one appropriately I am ideally looking for 24 hour livid in over 3-4 days and a salary around minimum 1200 per fortnight upwards depending on role and duties I have NVQ2 a current trackable DBS and up to date care certificates .
