Helping people both in my personal and professional life has always been my priority and More so gives me motivation and a certain level of satisfaction whenever I make a positive impact on someone’s life and put a smile on their faces. Also, having worked in the customer service department for several years, I have gained skills that are extremely important when dealing with different types of people ,for example active listening, effective communication, patience, respect, empathy, conflict resolution and problem solving among others. I have also gone through the basic information of care standard courses and even though I do not hold a certificate I have basic knowledge of it. I am also ready to learn more to perfect my knowledge to enhance productivity.
