I am a caring Latvian lady , who has lived in the UK for the past 19 years and I also have 19 years of experience in social care and support. I am friendly and positive person , I always try to look at things from the brightest side, I am hard working, reliable , honest , I love people. I always keep in mind the client is my priority. I have supported clients with personal care duties, housekeeping, prompting medication etc. I have worked with a wide range of clients - supported living , mental health issues, challenging behaviour also with different age range clients , from children to elderly . I love cooking, am confident in English meals, very interested in nutrition and healthy lifestyle. In my spare time studying functional medicine. Have done a lot of self development studies and still learning. I am able to work in a team, under supervision, as well as work on my own and make my own decisions if necessary.
