I’m hard working live in carer,my responsibility are looking after well the service user example addressing personal care,food and medication preparation,tidy up the house,bedding some cooking and groceries,assisting clients from chair to bed or hoisting if needed accompany them,call help to the family and professional nhs,booking for them in appointments if needed regarding their health,requesting pills in the chemist or pharmacist,bed bathing or assisted for shower,if client have dementia need proper understanding and communication should be address as well.
