I am hard working, motivated, driven in my years of experience in the hospitals, care homes and the 3 people I have taken on into my home as live clients and part of my family. I have supported families to entrust me with their loved ones for me to take them out for the day as respite whilst the clients enjoy a day out to outings. I worked at a care setting for 15 years and for adult and children services as a a driver for around 17 years. I am experienced in caring for clients who have high needs and exhibiting behaviours that challenge.
