I’ve worked as a live in carer in Jersey Channel Islands. I am extremely proud of the job I have done with my first ever client who had severe learning difficulties and epilepsy. I worked with him for 11 months 5 days & 7 nights a week for 11 months straight with no break and no time off. Then I had a 1-month holiday and came back to work another 2 months straight. I am very proud of this and considering the complexity of my client (constant medication changes, epileptic seizures very often happening throughout the night) ...

I am currently self employed as a livein carer since November 2021 during which I have worked with people with unfortunately conditions including Heart disease, Dimencia and Cancer. I would like to think of myself as a self motivated, diligent with a high level if understanding and empathy. I take pride in caring for others on a daily basis which gives me Fulfilment in return. I would also like to think that I have the knack of communicating with people of all ages and backgrounds and particularly skilled with caring for the elderly.
