Hi, Nice to meet you. Added experience 07/09/22 to 2025 Working with a live in care company in Poole and Oxford, live in care. References upon request. I have been a care worker for more than ten years of my life. In this time, I have gained much experience in all sorts of care environments including hospitals and private care homes. I currently work for a company I have been with for the past ten years. This employment covers all aspects of retirement care and love my job very much. As a care professional I am now looking to branch out and be responsible for myself. All my care certificates are up to date, I have gained two diplomas in health and social care up to level three and a housing support qualification. I am looking for live in placements, two to four weeks. I would consider a longer stays depending on the needs of the person. As a person I am very kind, Patient and responsible, I love to laugh and be happy and enjoy facilitating others to live independent full lives. I volunteered at Golden Age Elderly Home as a care assistant with over 1 year working experience with vulnerable older patients and I gained several skills including, Communication skills,Compassion and Empathy, Organisation skills, Attention to details, Observation skills,Ability to adapt and cleaning. I was drawn to volunteer as a care assistant because i have always believed in the importance of seeing the person behind the illness and helping them recover and this is totally rewarding for me. I believe I am fit for this role because I am compassionate,calm under pressure and committed to delivering person centred recovery focused care. Am eager to contribute to the multidisciplinary approach the trust is known for. I am keen on improving my knowledge by taking part in relevant trainings that would help me to administer effective and evidence based care to our patients.
