With a heartfelt dedication to caregiving that began in 1993, I have spent more than three decades supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. My experience includes providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to people living with a wide range of health challenges, including cancer, end-of-life conditions, vascular dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, frailty, injuries, and mobility limitations. Throughout my career, I have worked with both long-term clients and short-term care assignments, continually developing my knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of compassionate care. My priority is always to create a safe, clean, calm, and nurturing environment where each person feels comfortable, respected, valued, and listened to. Alongside personal care and companionship, I am happy to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and maintaining a well-organised and hygienic home. I understand how important a clean, welcoming environment can be, particularly for people who are frail, recovering from illness or injury, or spending much of their time in bed. I am also an animal lover and greatly appreciate the companionship that pets can bring to a home. I am flexible, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my clients and their families feel supported and reassured. I believe that good caregiving is about much more than completing tasks. It is about kindness, dignity, companionship, trust, and treating every individual as a person with their own needs, wishes, routines, and preferences. Ongoing training and professional development are an important part of my commitment to providing excellent care. I undertake yearly training to keep my knowledge up to date and ensure that I continue to follow current best practices. I would be honoured to be a companion, helper, home assistant, and trusted friend to you or your loved one when care and support are needed most. ...
