Hello and welcome. My name is Paul, I currently live in central europe and travel to the UK to work and visit family/friends. I used to work in anaesthetics and surgery at private clinics throughout the UK, however I took a year off due to complications after surgery. I am currently registered with the HCPC. I am looking for something different but still in healthcare. I am excited to change my vocation and offer one to one individualised care with a heavy injection of routine service instead of doors spinning in the emergency OT. I have experience of three months live in care due to a close friend who unfortunately had a major stroke. I assisted him with close personal care but leaving him to do as much as he could, assistance with medication, cooking and cleaning, making food, taking him to his friends or shows in and around London in his converted minivan. l am ex Army and have strong skills in task and time management. I am happily married for twenty one years with three children 16, 15 and 5. I love to cook hot and flavourful curries with home-made spicy flatbreads, my kids are sick of eating curry! Thank you for looking at this profile :) ...

Punctual, reliable as well as eager and willing to learn. I rely on continually acquiring knowledge, so I am always willing to undergo further training to satisfy the various and specific job requirements in any organisation. I am 100% committed to work, self-disciplined and independent. I can communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Hi My name is Gary and I am originally from Scotland, although I now work with clients all over the UK. After working for 12 years as a mental health support worker, I decided to broaden my horizons within the social care sector and for the past 7 years have worked as a live-in carer. I work in a person-centred way with a broad range of clients and conditions, including: dementia, Parkinson's, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental illness, palliative care and end of life care. I provide practical and emotional support to help people live a safe and independent life in their own home and community. This includes medication administration, personal care, continence care, moving and handling using hoists and other aids, cooking, cleaning and of course companionship. I am also happy to support clients to go on holiday at home or abroad (I have a wide experience of travel all over the world) I am also an animal lover, so pets are no problem. I have an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, as well as a care certificate. I have my own carer liability insurance and I am fully vaccinated, including boosters. My preferred employment type is self employed live-in care. ...
