This role has taught me so much about compassion, dignity, empathy, resilience and the importance of presence.my strong personal resistance integrity, passion and drive to provide the best outcomes for patients have seen it fit to apply for this role. Through my experience, l've developed strong skills in patient care, including managing complex needs with sensitivity. I've learned how to communicate effectively not just with patients, but also with their loved ones-offering reassurance, a listening ear, and a calm, steady presence. I regularly liaise with nurses, out of hours doctors if need arises , and other healthcare professionals, and I understand the importance of clear communication and teamwork in providing the highest standard of care. I bring empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every shift. My goal is always to make a meaningful ,difference, no matter how small, and to ensure that patients receive the best care at their end of life care.
