I started working as a care assistant with Barchester healthcare in a care home, I worked there for two for years, than I move to another care home with another company jewish care, where I am still working as a care worker. I want to change the way I am working, and I thing living in care is the right job for me. As a carer in care home, I am taking care for several resident at the same time, I prefer to concentrate on one task and one service user because I feel unfair about the care that I am giving to the residents as the level of care for each resident is not the same, and when you are working in a care home the management always ask you to care for resident, which push me to offer a no well care if it is not a poor care and it hurt me personally. Now I am a live in carer, and I worked for more than 6 years in two different companies in mid south and in east Anglia. ...

Hello! My name is Shamim. There are several reasons why I think I would fit in with you. As a person, I am a forward-thinking, social person with good communication skills in both speech and writing. I am organized, hardworking and meticulous and often rely on my good cooperation skills. Otherwise, I would describe myself as kind-hearted, stable and confident. When I am free, I enjoy working out, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. I hope that through this short presentation you have gained an insight into who I am and what I can contribute to your team. I also hope that I will have the chance to come to your job interview to convince you that I am the one you should invest in. Kind regards, Shamim ...
