I am hard working, dedicated, loyal, honest and empathetic I have a vast variety of work and life experiences, common sense and skills and knowledge All gained throughout my long and diverse career. My husband was in the military, the Irish guards, this created numerous opportunities to change my career, as we moved around the UK. I embraced every opportunity and enjoyed a fascinating and diverse career path, within nursing and social care sectors. On his retirement, I had another opportunity to settle in a place, the pull of the sea and my love of cooking allowed me to open my own restaurant, at the seaside. I have a real passion for great quality food. I am a great problem solver, am resourceful and calm under pressure and I enjoy the company of people of nature and of animals. I am an advocate for choice, equality and access to live the life you would choose. I love to garden and to walk and i am now lucky enough to be able to spend my time between my home in France and the UK ...
