I have been working in the care industry for over 8 years now and most of the work I’ve done has been live in care work, and I love it;  it’s become second nature to me.  I love live in care because it allows people to be supported  in their day to day lives without them having to leave the place that makes them feel the most safe ,and I’m grateful to be able to be a part of that.  I would love the opportunity to keep doing what I love and helping people in a way that matters most to them. ...

I started working as a care assistant with Barchester healthcare in a care home, I worked there for two for years, than I move to another care home with another company jewish care, where I am still working as a care worker. I want to change the way I am working, and I thing living in care is the right job for me. As a carer in care home, I am taking care for several resident at the same time, I prefer to concentrate on one task and one service user because I feel unfair about the care that I am giving to the residents as the level of care for each resident is not the same, and when you are working in a care home the management always ask you to care for resident, which push me to offer a no well care if it is not a poor care and it hurt me personally. Now I am a live in carer, and I worked for more than 6 years in two different companies in mid south and in east Anglia. ...
