I started working as a care assistant with Barchester healthcare in a care home, I worked there for two for years, than I move to another care home with another company jewish care, where I am still working as a care worker. I want to change the way I am working, and I thing living in care is the right job for me. As a carer in care home, I am taking care for several resident at the same time, I prefer to concentrate on one task and one service user because I feel unfair about the care that I am giving to the residents as the level of care for each resident is not the same, and when you are working in a care home the management always ask you to care for resident, which push me to offer a no well care if it is not a poor care and it hurt me personally. ...
