To whom it may concern,
My name is Kevin Diston, I have been involved in the healthcare industry for two years, one year and a few months within live-in care. Over this time I have gained experiences that have shown me the fragility of old age and the desire people have to life full lives even though they have disabilities. It is my desire to help in that regard.
These experiences along with my own attitudes have made me the type of nursing assistant I am today. I believe in learning from people more knowledgeable than myself and keeping up to date with legislation regarding care because this is the best way to safe guard customers and all involved.
At the moment I am waiting to take the practical driving test on March 20,2015 and complete a dementia course on the 9th of March,2015. I already have safeguarding of vulnerable adults, first aid, moving and handling and medication certificates. My DBS check is online with the update service. To set up a telephone interview please send an email to coordinate timing.
