Job Description

We are currently seeking a visiting Carer Companion.
To assist with companionship care for a 95-year-old lady with Caribbean heritage, and welcome a cook who favours this cuisine. 

Daily tasks include:

• Safety (Toilet assistance)
• Medication (Tablets only)
• Assist in upkeep, including dressing duties
• Compassionate support and care as and when required 
• She is not mobile - only disability currently but a conversationalist, so she enjoys chatting
• Few or minimal household chores
• Help and support peace of mind for family members as standby assistance.

Typical day schedule:

4 visits every day (min 2 hours a day up to 4 to 6 hours maximum). All to be mutually agreed.

Guideline visit times, although flexible: 8 am/12 pm/4 pm/8 pm

Required:

• Resume
• Reference
• Identity verification required, such as passport/drivers licence and recent utility bill
• Location: North West London

Priority given to those with carer experience, but all are welcome to apply.
