We are known locally as the provider that focuses their efforts, attention and appreciation on their carers. To enable a happy and compliant team we work together and communicate clearly. This in turn means we provide an excellent service to our customers.
Our Live-in team here at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead is always growing as the number of customers in our local area who require full time support and care at home is increasing every month.
We look for people who have compassion and dedication to support people in the right way.
Previous experience as a live-in carer and clear spoken English is essential.
Our average weekly pay is £550 but we do pay up to £700 a week if the customer we are supporting has complex or a high level of needs.
If you are thinking of moving to a different employer we are here to offer varied experiences by providing different levels and focuses of care to our customers across the borough of Camden.
As mentioned above, we continue to grow so there will be many opportunities going forward in our live-in team. However there is a specific customer we wanted to mention.
We have supported Mrs P for over a year with two visits a day but we have agreed with her and the family that live-in support needs to start very soon as her ability to cope full time on her own is becoming unmanageable and potentially unsafe. Mrs P is in her 80’s, lives in a lovely part of Hampstead with her golden retriever dog, next to all the shops and close to the tube. Mrs P would like someone on hand to help around the house with some domestic work. Also cooking and personal care are very important. With regards to the cooking, she requires someone who can cook fresh, traditional English food. Mrs P was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago which has affected her short term memory. She is a lovely lady with a supportive family. With our care and support we aim to continue to promote her independence and provide her with a routine from one day to the next. Sense of humour, compassion and clear communication are key.
If you would like to find out more please apply to the job and we will get back to you to discuss further if we believe you are suitable.
